BlackBerry Curve 9300 gets officially announced!

Hot on the heels of the recently announced Torch 9800, BlackBerry have now lifted the lid on yet another all new device winging its way to the virtual shelves of; say hello to the BlackBerry Curve 9300! Following on from the 8520 and the 8900, the 9300 joins the Curve family with one vital new ingredient in tow; 3G connectivity!

Also known as the Curve 3G, the 9300 boasts HSDPA connectivity which promises to add a huge speed boost to web browsing and downloads. Also new to the Curve range is a premium design that bridges the gap between Bold and Curve ranges whilst still staying true to its roots. The Curve includes a full Qwerty keyboard, one of BlackBerry’s best, and a metallic outer casing that runs the perimeter of the phone. As with any BlackBerry worth its salt, the Curve 9300 is made for messaging with support for push email, allowing you to receive emails from your own account straight to you phone, and BlackBerry Messenger, BlackBerry’s instant messaging client that offers a fun and free way to chat to friends. The Curve also has access to a wealth of downloadable apps from BlackBerry App World, BlackBerry’s dedicated app store, and can sync with iTunes and supports playlists meaning you can transform your phone into your personal music player.

On the inside, the Curve 9300 also finds space for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth technology, expandable memory via MicroSD card and a 2.0 Megapixel camera with video capture.
